The 86th General Assembly of the International Association of Tourism and Hotel Schools (EURHODIP), one of the most important and distinguished institutions in the world in the field of tourism and tourism education, was hosted by FIU at the Acapulco Hotel in TRNC on May 15th. Within the framework of the General Assembly, EURHODIP members of the board of directors evaluated the activities of EURHODIP over the course of the year during the all-day general meeting, and a road map was planned for the upcoming period.
A workshop on Ottoman-Turkish and Cypriot cuisine was also held with professional chefs introducing guests to a range of delicious range of regional dishes.
