As of February, The Final International University Lifelong Learning Centre will be organizing public hobby courses. The Gastronomy Kitchen of the university is planning to provide beneficial and interesting courses for participants with various interests.
Except for “The Junior Gourmets” and “The Junior Bakers” courses for 8-12 year olds, all courses will be open to everyone who are 18 years or over. The participants will experience cooking different dishes every week for around 4-hour-long workshops at The Final International University Kitchen. In addition to the upcoming “Valentine’s Day Menu” course before 14th February, “Cypriot Cuisine”, “Cypriot Pastries”, “Cupcake and Muffin Baking”, “Seafood Cuisine Menus”, “Banquet Series and Techniques” and “Cheesecake” courses will be held for the public. The FIU Gastronomy Kitchen will also include specialised courses such as “Vegan and Vegetarian Menu”, “Gluten-free Cuisine”, “Sugar-free Cuisine” and “Thai Cuisine”. Participants will be given certificates at the end of the workshops, which will be carried out by professionally qualified chefs.
